The room was clean and spacious, although the bed was a bit firm for my liking. the availability of a balcony and parking space were definite pluses. the staff were friendly and provided all necessary toiletries, but I believe they could enhance the guest experience by offering an iron in each room - as a Malaysian, I found this to be a must-have amenity. While the hotel lacks certain luxurious elements such as high-end room service or a sit-down restaurant, it compensates for this by providing essential services like free Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping. the location is convenient, making it easy to access popular destinations via tuk-tuk. Hi Season offers good value for money, catering to travelers looking for a clean and comfortable stay without breaking the bank. It's a practical choice for those who prioritize affordability and convenience over lavish amenities.
